Outpatient Therapist (Social Worker, Counselor)

Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking Outpatient Therapists for our Linwood Office to provide mental and behavioral health services to clients. The ideal candidate will be able effectively engage with all client populations, continually assess their individual needs, develop a treatment plan, and make clinical recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Use evidence-based treatment modalities
• Provides clinically appropriate treatment based on assessment of clients
• Develop and regularly update treatment plans.
• Document client sessions.
• Manage and maintain caseload of clients.
• Independent thinking and good judgement.

Requirements:

• Valid provisional license in the State of New Jersey (LAC, LSW, MFT).
• Ability to work in office and remote.
• Experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional liability insurance.
