Behavioral Assistant
Beautiful Minds is seeking motivated and educated Behavioral Assistants to provide mental and behavioral health interventions to youth and families in their homes and community.
Behavioral assistants focus on addressing target behaviors and improving overall emotional, behavioral regulation abilities. Behavioral assistance services strengthen skills in a variety of life domains, including, but not limited to: physical and mental well-being, interpersonal communications and relationships, social interactions, behavioral conduct, adaptive coping strategies and behaviors, and recreational/leisure activities. This service is delivered in a family's home or another community-based setting.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions as outlined in the Behavioral Assistance Individual Service Plan (BAISP).
Provide authorized service hours as determined by the referring agency.
Maintain consistency with appointments.
Maintain accurate client documentation.
Maintain Behavioral Assistant Certification.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, sociology, or other related field.
One year or more of experience working with youth or families.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from home.
Professional liability insurance.
Bilingual language skills a plus.

Beautiful Minds is seeking motivated and passionate Provisionally Licensed or Clinically Licensed mental health therapists to provide services to youth and families in the community or via telehealth (as requested by family).
Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapists provide strength-based, goal-oriented therapy to address emotional and behavioral challenges of children and adolescents. This service is delivered in a family's home or another community-based setting. The goal of this service is to stabilize and support a youth and his/her family in an effort to deter more intensive interventions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a regular caseload of clients / appointments Use evidence-based treatment modalities. Maintain consistency with appointments. Develop and regularly update treatment/service plans. Document client progress notes. Maintain accurate client documentation. Attend company and or state mandated trainings
Requirements:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy or a related field. Valid provisional license in the State of New Jersey (LAC, LSW, MFT). Experience providing therapeutic services to youth or families. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license. Beautiful Minds is looking for a detail oriented and passionate Clinical Supervisor to join our growing field Clinical Team!
The Clinical Supervisor (In-Home/In-Community) completes a variety of tasks in order to support service providers and streamline day-to-day clinical operations within the in-home/in-community program. Duties include but are not limited to providing Intensive In-Home or Intensive In-Community services, completing accurate service documentation, facilitating supervision, reviewing client records, and scheduling and performing interviews. This position requires traveling up to 40% of the time.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person) Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Recruiting and interviewing of new hires. Monitor the submission of clinical documentation. Provide guidance and support to service providers. Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures. Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field. Active clinical licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Knowledge of industry ethical guidelines. Beautiful Minds Therapy and Consultation is looking for a forward thinking creator of culture who has an appreciation for mental health care and learning. This Internship is a 32 week opportunity beginning October 16, 2023 - ending May 27, 2024.
Responsibilities:
-Create compelling graphics to share across social channels.
-Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
-Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience.
-Help create and edit short-form videos.
-Develop new strategies for increasing engagement.
-Assist with photo/video content shoots.
-Ensure brand message is consistent.
-Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
-Responsible for all research into current social media trends and communicating these trends to the marketing team.
-Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms.
-Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
-Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates
-Intermediate experience with Canva or Adobe Suite
-Passion for mental health care

This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This internship pays a stipend of $10/hour (ideally 20 hours/week) congruent with a school contract/agreement (credit hours given if needed). We look forward to meeting you!
