Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking Substance Abuse Counselors (CADC) to provide assessment and treatment services to clients.
The ideal candidate will be able effectively engage clients with substance abuse related needs, will continually assess client needs, develop a treatment plan, and make recommendations for treatment, as well be part of a interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills:
- Use evidence-based treatment modalities
- Provides clinically appropriate treatment based on assessment of clients
- Develop and regularly update treatment plans.
- Document client sessions.
- Manage and maintain caseload of clients.
Requirements:
- Valid CADC in the State of New Jersey.
- Experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional liability insurance.
Job Type: Full-Time
Rate: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
